Our team is highly experienced with power, gas and resource projects of all types, and can build the highest quality project or enterprise financial models from scratch, or audit, QA/review and rebuild existing models.
Valuation and due diligence: Northstream has worked on numerous corporate and asset valuations for the purposes of equity investing, lending, acquisition and disposal. Building on our pedigree in financial modelling, we bring a high level of detail and rigour to bankable valuations. Our services include market and financial due diligence of generation, battery, network, gas field and pipeline assets – from reconnaissance to sharp end of the transaction.
Transaction support services: We are a trusted financing, modelling and valuation partner from start to finish of the deal. Our network includes most of the institutional banks and funds operating in the Asia-Pacific region, asset owners and developers, and large energy consumers. Transaction support includes on the ground management of the offshore clients’ interests in the project acquisition, development and operating phases. This service extends to site visits – we have undertaken onsite due diligence and surveillance of assets in Turkey, Africa, PNG, Asia and Australia.
